Hit Reg problem with snipers

Is anyone else having blatant hit reg issues when using snipers? I could be shooting someone standing dead still out in the open and no hits. it happens more often than not. Stalingrad is pretty unplayable right now. makes me wanna leave enlisted tbh

If you’re playing on the russian side, the scoped Mosin is bugged. It shoots low and left.
