Lol, you said some of the best. SOME OF THE BEST. Perhaps you should take your own advice…since your typing and or grammatical skills seem to be lacking. You don’t even seem to know what your own statements mean…
ITALIAN SMGS WERE SOME OF THE BEST OF THE WAR
No, only two were. The others were junk.
A more accurate statement would be "a few of the Italian SMGs were some of the best of the war…
Your statement insinuates that all Italian SMGs were SOME of the best of the war, which is, of course, INACCURATE.
Learn to research before critiquing others. Stop trying to iceskate uphill, you simply look foolish.
Italy had superb small arms. Just not in sufficent numbers, that is not a problem in a video game though.
The FNAB-43, multiple M38 and Carcano variants and the TZ-45. Italian weapons were not bad, just not… there.
And while Italy is the main force, it’s actually the Axis. Its also called “United Axis” in the game. Once we see tripod mounted heavy machine guns, we could also get the Breda Mod 37 and 38. Italia also had mortars superior to germany’s “Granatwerfer 36” - which was just a useless, over engineered piece of garbage.
And since germany was fighting in north africa since '41 (5th Light and 15th Armored Division) it is only logical to reinforce the italian tree with german vehicles. In fact, I’d be disappointed if it wasn’t the first campaign to see the infamous Tiger.
And don’t forget - even thought the Afrika Korps official mission was to strenghten italys defense, they were far more offensive and the armored italian forces were also under Rommel’s command.
