I would like to suggest a historic game mode where like for example in Berlin the Germans have one tank only and almost no ammunition the German would only have 3or 4 squads of majority rifles and maybe one LMG and Russia would have 10,000 tickets and 4 tanks.
In Normandy for example the allies would land in LCVP. The allies would have 5,000 tickets and so on and so forth but each campaign would have a historic mode.
More historical scenarios in general yes… but the Berlin model you suggest doesn’t seem like hte Germans could successfully defend teh Maginot line, so the objectives would have to be seriously assymetric!! 
Hm… Germany had some 800 Tanks in Berlin. Among the famous King Tiger & Tiger tanks.
You are aware that many SS Troops fought in Berlin and they had also Sturmgewehr 44 for normal Wehrmachts units there as well as countless amounts of anti tank weapons such as Panzerschreck and Panzerfaust?
Afterall German units didn’t gave up because they ran out of ammo, they gave up because they were afraid (and rightfully so) of becoming prisoners of war in the Soviet Union. Aside that SS Units faced executions and no prison whatsoever.

That top mode sounds god awful.
The Germans already have a tough time in Berlin, considering the Soviets superior firepower in SMGs.
The increased number of tickets would only serve to drag out the loss. Even if the Germans did manage to hold out, frankly, I would expect to see players quitting before the timer ended.
Same with the suggestion for Normandy, I have already expressed my displeasure with the ‘D-Day’ map and routinely quit out of it because of its poor design and Grindy feel.
In theory these sounds like good ideas, but in practice I just can’t see them working as you’d hope.
I’d much rather see new maps based on smaller battles/ skirmishes within the campaigns.
Its just not a game suited for this kind of scenarios. Who would play germany in Berlin in this mode? Who would play allies on d-day? How many masochists do we have in comunity?
If it’s a pve, this might sound fun. But not for pvp enivorement for sure.
Yes, that may be the PVE mode somebody asked for yesterday. Defeating countless waves of russians or americans may be a good stress relief.
Agree. We definitely need a PvE mode considering so many who love and need a complete stomp or they would complain “…suffers” on the forum…
