With the introduction of jets, the simple 1x cannon for the AA guns might not be enough to counter these fast aircrafts. Similar to better AT guns, the higher the BR, it’s only adequate that AA guns get a buff too.
Why not add back the Quad AA guns (or something with more firepower) for BR 4-5?

For Germany - Flakvierling 38
For US - M45 Quadmount
or QF 2-pounder Quadmount
For USSR - 37mm V-11-M
For Japan - Type 96 25 mm AA Gun

I feel like same thing could be done about field guns, they are too strong on low BR and too weak on high BR

I like the idea, but I would prefer everyone get a 40mm Bofors, which is both historical and easier to implement.
