Guys, within my American and German teams, my engineers have AA guns and anti-tank guns, but the Russians don’t. My Russian tech tree is all up to date, as is the two other countries. Can anyone shed any light on this problem, please?

Yes, engineer AA guns 
You guys still have an AA gun.
IIRC only engineering in actual engineer squads and those in premium squads can built the all of the AT/AA guns, Ampulomets(??), etc.
Those in Flamethrower, MG and AT squads can build Ampuolomets (or whatever!!), HMG and AT guns respectively too.

Yeah, I thought maybe he meant the engineering squad, because I sometimes forget to upgrade my squad too.
Thanks for your help guys, Joseph, nailed it . I needed to have an actual engineer squad in my line up for there to be an AA gun to use.
