Does someone have by chance a legend of the yellow symbols on the right top corner of the screen?

Also one of them appears in the practice room sometimes
Ya ther server pings. I asume if its red thers alot of leg.
So it is only a server thing, not a me problem right? (my setup is more than enough to run it, connession has an average download of 43 mb per second)
As far i know everyone should see them and have some connection problem
