I couldnt play last times, but i wanted to get the decal once. I got 3 rewards by playing and I paid about 15$ and spent it purely on buying the event random award to get the decal order… I havent got a single one… The event is ending, what do i do?

I have got the shark mouth decal of the plane, which I got on the first day of qualifying. Totally 7500 points can be accumulated to obtain 3 items for exchange, and there are two shark mouth decals.
You unlock both decals at once with a single claim, the specific ticket just has to drop.
