Ok, I may look like an idiot, but I honestly never encountered this symbol on kill feed before. Or at least I don´t remember encountering soldiers dying from a heart attack 
To be fair I only wounded that guy, somebody else finished him…

he died (time) without using the medkit to revive himself. ence why that simbol.
I think he didn’t use a medikit when he was down

I would expect it would display knife (suicide while wounded), or last weapon wounding him instead.

Seen this a few times and wondered also.
If it was in Berlin, maybe it was a 70 year old Volkstrum.
I filled out every weapon based “Achievement” in the game before I had even unlocked said weapon or the squad it belongs to.
I am assuming that is from kills where someone using that weapon either got the most damage and I killed the guy, or I did the most damage and someone using the weapon killed the guy. I think I got the Mortar kills one over 10 Campaign levels before I got mortars, still 50k away from Mortars today.
