I know that HE can rikoset, but was the blast radius also nerfed?

What do you mean? the HE tanks fire?
It was almost useless before how bad is it now?
Or do you mean HE against tanks is now more effective?
For some strange ass reason often HE shells are better at killing tanks than AP shells. (or were)

Dont know about the blast radius but what ido know is he should never bounce especially when shot at soft material like dirt

He is for lighted armor vehicle and infantry the point at witch the shels bounce was 7 degrees thay nerf to 5 degrees witch is to much maybe 6 degrees do u honestly thank he rounds will bounce when shot at the dirt

The problem is that you need to hit the soldier directly now. Which is kind of tanker sniping. Combined with the glorious effect of crippled hit detection and server desync, just frustrating.
Walls and other obstacles works too. But hitting with a HE shell right in front of the group or in the middle or just simply on the ground won’t do the deal anymore.

So thay nerf he and allow infantry to have overpowered c4 thay have made tanks usless so why have them in the game it cant be to fight other tanks because while u try fight the tank infantry just flank and throws there overpowered c4 its dum

Overpressure’s pretty jacked so as long as you have decent HE, you can just kill tanks left right and center with one shot.

Until thay put the point the he shels bounce back to 7 degrees i will not be spending $ i play the game for its realism at this point the game is no better then cod and i was just getting ready to buy some premium tanks not now

It’s absurde though.
HE ricochet + instant overheat on MGs is too much.
Replace tanks with piniatas at this point.

Sure overheat is exaggerated, no doubt.
But his reaction is quite funny as well 
U know that that gos both ways so people are mad becaus that cant run in frount of a tank with geting hit by he when all u have to do is flank and throw c4
