…and what could I say? It’s as catastrophically bad as it was when I quit playing this mess of a game.
Having played some other shooters in the meantime, this here in comparison is by far the worst pile of coding I have ever experienced.
It’s not just that everything in this game feels outdated, in fact everything IS outdated.
The only thing that feels unique, is still the unbelievable dumbness of the AI.
Is this meant as some strange piece of modern art to create such an unplayable nonsense of a game?
Congratulations – half a dozen of updates since I left and still this game did not improve in the slightest.
It must be an attempt of creating a new kind of art…that kind of art that makes you go “wtff?!”

No no no, quite a lot changed.
Now we have planes that level half of the battlefield, wp grenades that kill through walls, 40 new premium squads and of course wind effects.
There was a lot of progres done.

And after all that’s been done to it since, I actually have been left astonished by how updates can make everything worse than before. Downdates are the new shit.

Yea, unfortunately changing is not equal to improving.
I can imagine how a typical day of work looks like at the dev studio:
“Okay, fellas what have we done this week?”
“Oh, we changed some things”
“Alright, good good - do these changes improve the game?”
“Hmmm…I think yes, they do!”
“Goddammit, then change it again!”
I think the better answer would be - ‘‘Welp, we made more bugs than before and some have returned.’’

Probably yes.
At least it’d be the answer to make the director happy and able to return relaxed to continuing playing candy crush while having a gin tonic and a deep breath from the crack pipe.
