Have floating human resource requirement per squad based on br instead of set one

So here is the idea. Before the start of the game each squad will have a br. at the start of each game run a calculation about average squad br of the game. Like I have one br3 squad and 6 br2 squad. then got into a game with average squad br of 4.5.
Then let the human resources consumed based on these data. Like if a game with average squsd br of 4.5 then br4 squad might take 10 to respawn. br5 take 13-15. while br3 need 8 and br2 only need 6. same with low br game. if the average is 1.5 then my br2 will take 12-15 and br3 squad take 15-18 to respawn.
For defender each squad will have different countdown by the difference between squad’s br and the average br of the game.

Maybe if we did this in a less complicated way…

Seems to be too complicated, most people already barely understand the current ticket system, this one would be too much

The general idea is if the player’s squad br is low compare to the average br of the game then they take less human point/time to respawn. And will cost more if the squad br is higher then the average
