No it doesn’t make them comparable, but you can’t say it doesn’t make them balanced because a whole hell of a lot more goes into determining that. Again, the Infantry AT weapons are also another factor you have to consider, as well as CAS and where the tank is on the tree. the Ke Ni can easily kill the M3, and the M3 can easily kill the Ke Ni. The Ha Go can easily kill the M2A4, and the M2A4 can easily kill the Ha Go. the M13 can easily kill the Te Se, and the Te Se can easily kill the M13. The Boys ATR, Type 97, M1 Bazooka and Type 5 all can kill every tank in the Pacific, and the Lunge mines, tnt and det packs are also incredibly potent against tanks. Yes the tanks may not be comparable, but they are balanced. As for why Japan loses more often, its because people finished grinding it and moved to the US. In the first few weeks of Pacific opening, Japan was winning every game because everyone was playing it. Now, people moved onto the US and now the US is winning. Give it some time and it will level out.

Only weapons that i’m killed with are Browning A2 version and Grenade Launchers spammed by cheesers…ofc all Axis teams consists of 6 real players at best.

Maybe a bit late answer but I think you are pretty much spot on. Think its a balanced campaign.
Some objections.
- Bolt-action is equal
Mostly true. Ariska 93 best rifle in the campaign (IMO in the game). It so good that its almost the only gun i need for the Japs (tough i maxed out the campaign).
- Semi-auto are bad because campaign is open and the only motive to use them is for engineers self defence
Mostly true. Semi-autos are being outclassed by bolties but Garand/Johnson outclasses Type Hei/Otsu and is still very useful.
- tank are shit for both part and useless because even the AT-RIFLE can kill them hitting the engine
True. But, a slight advantage for Japs considering premium Chi Kai (Best tank in the campaign).
- plane globally nerfed

- machinegun here american win but again map to open mg to much dispersion withaut upgrade
Mostly true. Browning is very useful in this campaign. Johnson LMG is just fantastic. Sure, 97 LMG is kinda cool but would rather use my sniper in its place.
- Smg - japanese win all of their smg are much controllable low dispersion and upgraded have 550+ rof and 6.7 damage, 5 october update fixed type100 now is the best smg of the campaign
Mostly true. But thompson/Browning auto makes it very difficult for Axis players to compete in buildings and other CQC-situations.

At-Rifle. Here the japs have an advantage. The PTRS-like Type 97 is fantastic. Much better than Boys. Bazooka is probably slightly better than the rocket launcher because you can aim with it easier.

Melee. Considering the new mechanic the japs ofc have a huge advantage here with the Shin Gunto.
