Doing the event. Got a reward through Logistics
Its a green order with an arrow pointing upward and 2 dices on it. Dont think I saw this before. Anyone know what it does?

it’s a weapon upgrade card, extremely useful for late game weapons
Weapon upgrades are a green arrow with a gun on it.
This was two rolling dices. Like the ones you would use to play craps at a casino.
I’m max level on some campaigns. looking at the ST44 and the last Thompson on Normandy and the game is asking for the green arrow+gun order to upgrade them. Not an order with two dices.
Never heard or saw that kind of card. Only green cards I know are:
one with a star
one with an arrow
one with a scissor
one with a gun
Random xp booster at the end of the battle

Doesn’t seem to work anyway. No XP boost for last battle before boost, no XP boost for next battle after using it.
If you add a new item to the game, please be kind enough to give it an introduction beforehand next time.

Is random, you can get global,soldier or squad xp booster

Is it stored somewhere to be used, because I didn’t get any boosts at all, despite getting ‘diced’ by this card.

Well, I got the part as a reward; and I got exactly what can be seen in the picture. NOTHING!
No booster (neither XP or soldiers), no weapon upgrade or similar, just NOTHING!
Whoever gets this great reward and has paid 120 gold for it, will certainly be very happy.

You can activate him in the pacific logistic, is written in event description and give you a random order,booster whatever
