Got to play with a FG42 for first time

Kind of is since you want stability with smgs as you don’t want to waste bullets with missed shots

For my German sniper II in Normandy I went with an extra weapon slot, it’s probably the only campaign and faction that would be useful for snipers.
I use a kar98k scoped for long range and a fg42 II with scope removed for cqc, the iron sights are even slightly better than the ones on the standard fg42.

It seems like a good idea but idk since I mostly use carbines

what i mean is, grease gun only available for assaulter while M2 universally available for everyone, in the first place this is about rifle not SMGs

(switch gunner and assaulter with trooper and it works the same)

the M2 i guess?

Fair but you need only max star lee enfield

Pretty much what I preach, on whatever side about whatever weapons. Wanting things nerfed is the cheap scummy way of “git gud” without talent required. Playing random factions all the time taught me something important most people don’t understand: all factions have their strengths and weaknesses and no, they aren’t the same. For this reason, (even if it’s not historical) I would NOT nerf the fg (again), but I would NOT nerf the jumbo either for example.

Spoiler alert: the Thompson is GLORIOUS.

I don’t know that since I don’t own it but grease gun is actually might an smg sniper

trust me the m3a1 is something amazing, it shoots slow but you can shoot with it at certain distance that sten and lanchaster do not see them

I know I went on a 19k using it without a single down

O sorry i think you dont have m3a1 my bad

I feel a disturbance in the Force…

I think I hear the distant echoes of Germains, whining hard enough that their shrieks are resounding even backwards through time…

The point of origin appears to be that moment in the future, when US in Normandy will get the drum-fed Thompson.
