Yes, you heard that correct, I got my very first Panzer tank kill…with a “Japanese Boat tank”. 
What a sight, cruising through the streets in Tunisia in my Japanese Boat tank stalking Panzer tanks while fighting alongside the Allies. It didn’t even look out of place, a boat tank in the desert? 
The boat tank itself? Well…it kinda…SUCKS, however it has a seven man crew so I can use it as an assaulter squad. It’s so fast, it’s like watching paint dry as it creeps along the battlefield. And what is with the high explosive rounds, I swear 2/3rds of them went right through the enemy and did nothing, is this normal for Japanese tanks, or just boat tanks? 
I don’t play tanks a lot, however I don’t have any troubles killing enemy with high explosive rounds with the Allies, Germans or Soviets.
Yup, thinking about having this low mileage baby detailed, anyone know of a detail shop in Tokyo?

This ‘tank’ might have worse utility than my US perm bike squad from what I have seen in videos and tried at the range. Hats off to you!

Panzer is just the German word for tank - you should be more specific, or you could have just said German tank.

I always felt that the release of this big guy and the old LVT was a wasted opportunity for not introducing the APC spawn mechanic back then. I wouldn’t mind if this thing spawned troops. It would prove to be more useful, and the Japanese would have an amphibious APC vehicle the way the Allies have the current premium LVT.
I bet it looks hilarious in Tunisia. Like a budget version of the Sandcrawler from Star Wars.

How do you get so lost you end up in the desert with a tank build for water lol. It’s almost all Japanese tanks that are pretty slow and good luck trying to turn a corner. Congrats on the tank kill lol
It was a custom match which there is no BR level, and I am far from a visual tank expert, so I don’t know for sure, however If I had to guess, maybe a PZ III J? 
On very rare occasions, I play with a tank in a custom match, and when I play that is the German tank I use, and they look similar. It certainly was no Tiger.

They are amphibious tank instead of APC. Why should a tank has APC function?
Dev should add real amphibious APC instead of pretending amphibious tank as APC.
