Major update approaches - its time for another reminder.
-Soviet body armor is an unfair advantage that messes with shots to kill break points. ( most 9mm SMGs, and some rifles need an additional bullet to kill)
-its a secret damage reduction that effectively give Soviets 15 HP (all other nations have 13.5 HP)
-its Soviet exclusive (that one japanese rider squad is an exception)
-it makes the soviet appearance system obsolete
-it has no drawback
-it gives the entire body a 10% damage reduction, not just the front torso - those armor plates do not cover the back in reality
Body armor has been a game breaking balance issue for years now - it is getting time the devs do something about this.
Nerf it, remove it, rework it - doesn’t matter what happens, but at least finally do SOMETHING about it.
I do believe that alot of players will appreciate this new spy squad - simply because there are quite some trolls that like that playstyle, but most likely this will not have a big impact on the game.
Dunno, maybe but I would expect more suggestions for it.
Reality could be that since most players only have 4, maybe 5, slots, they will play with them for a couple of matches and dump them afterwards.
@Decаrd should be considered for a ban due to his history of trying to derail topics or intentionally sabotage to push an agenda. This is clearly shown in his recent post over the Japanese sword. Which copied this topic’s title essentially, is a rage bait, and also he clearly made the poll misleading. With the post title and content asking to nerf it, then the final line for the poll saying should it not be nerfed. Leading everyone to pick the wrong option. Please consider either banning decard or locking him to his regions forum.
idk who… majority of players are f2p who dont have squad slot for such niche squad with questionable usage. out of players who have more squad slots, they are either in meta chasers category(and spies wont be meta) or in history fanatics group who despise spies.

I know you people like attacking people directly for their opinion - I couldn’t care less, since the poll not being public is default, I wont take the extra effort of trying to understand how to change it.
