i know everyone is talking about new progression and merge but i still have to say, good job to whoever manages the Tunisia campaign.
It takes skill to update the campaign in such way that one side is always wayy to strong compared to the other side, it used to be the Allies, now with the addition of flamethrower paratroopers its the Axis.
Its pointless to play as Allies unless you are queued up with at least 2 other people, cause than, you know that 2 of your teammates are not bots.
Every match that i have joined as defender allies, for past couple of weeks, was already ongoing one, with enemy having already captured the point/detonated first bombs, while still having 1000 spawns.
Its so fun when you somehow managed to hold the enemy, but then 3-4 paratrooper flamethrowers just drop from the sky right behind you and just burn your side of the map.
just have couple of levels left to max out allies here and i`ll be glad to be done with it.
This isn’t a Tunisia issue, it’s a campaign issue. It’s why campaigns are being done away with. People stack one side until the other side gets their tickets and cap rate buffed so much that everyone switches back to the other side. In this case it was merely new event weapons and squads that served as the catalyst.
The reason it is now one-sided is because the Allied players in Tunisia only wanted to grind bots and get easy wins, as soon as people returned to Axis the Allied players fled en masse.
Have to say you are right. Played one game on allies to complete battle pass task and it was a total shit show. Mind you I have maxed out the allies and it was impossible for me to do anything. We were basically being spawn camped at the main spawn.
