Hello, i have a question, in case of accidental purchases made with golden tickets there is a chance of refund? i play with firends in my account every once in a while and i had a problem where one of them buy a skin and some other stuff while i was away, that time i was unable to get a refund of that skin becuase of the time it took me to ask support. but now this has happen again but i dont know since when i have the skin, i should even try to ask support or it is a waste of time? sorry the trouble and sorry for my bad english
I’m guessing shared accounts are not permitted…

Don’t use whatever you purchased by accident, some players have gotten refunded by support, so you can try asking them.

i do not share my account, my friend do not have access to the mail and password. i just play with them in my account becuase i want to show them the game or let them play 1 or 2 game while they are with me. and the last time this happens support didnt told my anything about shared accounts being not permited
I doubt anybody has the time or will to refund certain purchases made by your friends in your account.
i never got to use the skin, it is for a plane i dont have unlock
