does the gold vehicle token give you a whole “new” vehicle, or just a camo for existing one? Can I for example use the Panzer IV H without having the required level?
You can use it without having the base vehicle level.
Ifs a unique vehicle with a unique skin.
Same as twich drops a few months ago on puma and Stuart.
I already got the panther g from Golden order. It’s exacly the same with diferent skin. It comes maxed level.

you gain a new and fully upgraded vehicle.
the only requirement, is to be at level 2 of that faction.
So I can get T50 before unlocking it and then have a second T50? That’s nice!
yes. but you can only use one of them with that tank squad.
Can’t I give a T50 to my Tanker I and the second to my Tanker II squad?
I have my heart set on the T50 because I really like how that skin looks. No idea if 2 of them are the best tanks to run.
right now. no. only 1 squad accept it. same for all the other gold token vehicles, twitch drop ones or event ones.
same on normandy and berlin campaigns. the vehicles you unlock are only avaiable to 1 of the avaiable squads.
Ah ok. That would be a bit OP 
Still it mean’s I can unlock it early and don’t need to spend any silver orders maxing out which is still pretty great.
