Yeah no shit, I think people know that, hence why they dont like the gold boxes in the first place.
Except silver boxes can be bought by silver only, so you dont spend real money on them.
Oh yeah, dont forget the 1% morons who for some reason convert gold to silver, I reckon they are proud supporters of the devs.
So if you need to get your pee pee up as proud supporter, you can always just buy silver and waste your money for the devs with that method.
No, because if you bought these squads, you should be able to use them on other squads in the first place.
But I understand it, some pee pees need to spend even more gold for the sake of spending it.
Well, technically these boxes and camo options can be taken away from the Proud Supporters as well since these F2P Commie Europoors can earn money fro free according to you. But that doesn’t count now, probably because you too know that this argument was stupid in the first place.
Also, not sure what is taken away here. Nothing has been taken away yet, the gold boxex have not been added yet and they dont even add new content anyway. In fact, they make sure that plebs who get a hard one for owning certain squads before others could have buy them, would have lost that exclusive priveleg but I guess this is not the type of exclusivity we are talkig about here.
But then they can take away exclusivity by earning gold for free. I think I made that pretty clear even for Proud Supporters.
Do you intentionall ignore what people write so you can spin around in circle? Do oyu have a word limit?
There’s a huge difference between gambling with in-game currency - that you can freely earn from just playing the game - compared to premium currency which you can practically only get from buying.
You haven’t “explained” anything, your logic fails - for if gold is so freely accessible and totally the same thing, then you wouldn’t be whining about “exclusivity” at the same time.
Gambling is not content, the content is in the boxes. There is nothing sacred to defend here.
Don’t make it seem like you have problem with gambling. You don’t. That’s why so many of those people who don’t want gold boxes happily shares their silver box pulls.
It’s about not wanting paywalled cosmetics that you can’t get without spending premium currency.
I don’t have an infinite amount of time to respond to every sentence individually. So I just prioritize the things that are interesting enough for me to respond to.
This doesn’t conflict with the idea of the gold box at all.
I am not against it at all. But if you don’t own that squad. And to do not want to. I don’t see why there couldn’t be another way to get that camo - through the gold box.
You don’t need me to remind you that you remind people that you can - actually - earn some gold through the free battle pass, and a little bit more if you also pay for it…
You also don’t need me to remind you that you do whine about exclusivity a lot…
And neither do you need me to remind you that you do think silver and gold are the same thing, apparently…
Yes, I am well known for throwing glowing praise at the silver boxes. It’s not at all that I engage with the silver boxes because it’s the only way to get old event and BP rewards, and thankfully just costs me free in-game currency to partake in.
I haven’t at all critiqued the boxes, on several occasions, in the past - nor have I ever advocated for alternative ways to earn old rewards.
I have totally also not used those rare oppertunities where I shared by rewards as a way to put forward criticism at the same time.
But thank you, for telling me how I really feel. Now I know that I don’t actually have a problem with gambling with real money, because silver and gold are the same thing after all.
Right, I’ve never advocated for being allowed access to cosmetics if you own the squad…
I probably got given all my Premium squads or something, or liberated them from an owner who actually paid for them. I’m just a communist after all.
Ah, well, then you’ve just landed in the intellectual disconect where premium currency is somehow removed and independent from the real world currency that is used to buy it in the first place.
This is not a reasonable standpoint.
“Sometimes”
I’ve heard of only one such case happening, many many years ago.
Out-of-game events, with rewards not accessible to everyone who partakes, only the selected winners. That’s, what, two dozen winners over the years…? And not all of them would have gotten gold, either.
Gold boxes really have nothing to do with P2W. And game companies need to make money to provide quality content. Their labor costs don’t come from digging. So put my Gold Chest out right now Sergey.
