I just don’t understand what is suggested…

Is this about older gold order soldiers, who did NOT come with perfect stats? I’m confused… :thinking:

There are golden soldiers that were useful at the time, but they become obsolete after a while, you need some way to make those soldiers that became obsolete have a way to either be refunded or upgraded, the other suggestion is that directly on the gold order weapon tell you without having to inspect it the BR of the same

So I was correct:

  • Simply make old gold soldiers, have perfect stats too.

Go GO Weapons should have their BR shown…even though it just takes a single button press to see

And then he’s advocating for the ability to increase the tier of GO Soldiers

It’s just kinda dumb cause troops don’t become “obsolete”
They just have different flavors

I still use a mix match of tier 1 to 4 in all my presets. And I could easily replace all, by tier 3 & 4.

As long as my grunts can have access to the perks I want (those costing 16 pts), they remain competitive and valuable.

Plus, they have different starter perks. I’m still unsure which I prefer between assaulter 3 & 4 starter perk for example.

But I guess I understand the urge to minmax for some. Even I try to collect perfect stats soldiers…

The main difference is the inherent perk. I just go based off of that and call it a day. Don’t even max perk fish

Shoot I don’t even go for end perks. With exceptions, I normally go for medkit speed, medkit health restored, and reload speed

I really love horizontal recoil perk, for most automatics… that or vertical. More health is nice as I sometimes can shrug a shot from very far… I used to like sprint perk, but I’m tending more on heal speed nowadays.

But even tier 1 grunts can have those perks, provided the shitty gacha mechanism yield a favourable result or the soldier isn’t a Chad Dutchman.

Gacha sucks. Nobody likes this, at all.

Well, again, I don’t really bother trying to min max. I get those 3, usually one of the stamina ones if possible, throw range for AT Gunners, swap speed for most people, and the cheap recoil perk (vertical right?) for automatics and then just go from there getting whatever floats my boat
