It annoys me that after 2.5 years of playing, there are a LOT of Premium squads that I have yet to see them in store. It is kind of pitiful that Gaijin is baiting people with Gold chests on the slim hope of actually winning the squad. Everything I see posted here or on Reddit shows people winning old event squads, “Collector” squads, or Premium vehicles that don’t sell well. I have yet to see someone pull the MG45 squad or the 313 German BAR…it seems like the algorithm doesn’t want people getting good stuff. Seriously, if you want to make money…sell them in the store…I didn’t realize some of them even existed like the German mini tank.
Since the late release on the gold boxes the Silver ones are truly discouraging now…since the release of the gold ones I have spent a million Silver just to get Appearance Orders, boosters and silver…not a weapon/vehicle/squad/BP soldier…it’s like the gold boxes changed the pull rates. Very discouraging…just put the stuff for sale in the store.

Afraid our devs don’t make sense
The squads they keep bringing up in the bundles are just the same old regurgitated squads…Over and over…and over again. I have all of them that are decent, so I really don’t hardly look at the bundles anymore, and since I have most of those squads already, my odds of winning one in the fleece box are pretty slim. Apparently the odds are very high for winning clothes, because I have won enough gay hats to almost cover a squad. 
For me, unless a squad is new, I hardly consider it since I have so many that I don’t use because they are weapon locked at a BR level I am already stacked. So, until Gaijin stops micromanaging, I see no reason to buy any more.

I have raised consistently that the main way to see long term sustained revenue for a free to play game is by attracting new players
doing sketchy things like introducing a golden crate i.e microtransactions on such a granular level, with extremely poor results really does not cater to anyone - but especially not new players
they need to genuinely introduce new content - a major overhaul is needed, especially for Japan
major updates are hardly major if u compare them against other games, nothing has pushed enlisted into the mainstream recently
I do believe the silver chest odds are also screwed now. I’ve also only gotten boosters and appearance orders since the gold boxes dropped. At least I got the type 100 para squad for Japan before the gold boxes dropped.
