In the Moscow campaign, every soldier should be able to get basic gloves instead of having to rely on purchase, just like before the custom clothing system went online. Gloves are necessary to cope with the severe cold in winter.

All soldier have winter outfit in moscow glove included already from the 1day of the Open Beta as far i seyed, if you want different glove type you need buy them
I agree but I think that most already come with gloves. Try taking the gloveless soldier out of the squad then put him back in a few times. Worked on my Chauchat squad with the 5th engineer member. He did not get any gloves at first so I hoped him in and out till he got a pair.
