i’m sourprised that not many people talked about this but…
windows in this game are kinda broken.
Problems:
right now, windows ( i’m mainly speaking for the houses windows ) are bugged. where if you see a guy on the other side of a window, if you shoot it/him, you will not be able to kill him. as the glass absorb and stop the bullet. many times i found my self wasting bullets on windows because they don’t go trough.
and second problem, AI recognize windows as walls. meaning that if an AI is close to a window, and on the other side there’s an Enemy, they simply do nothing. it’s like they don’t actually see the other soldier on the other side of the window, which makes me a bit unease.
Possible Solution:
my possible solution for this problem is, make the glass thinner, or adjust it in order for the penetration of the bullet work like it’s wood. it’s strange, but bullet penetration for wood it’s a thing, weather for glasses, not so much.
and if possible, make the AI see through
i know those are smaller issues. but i think everyone would be thankfull if they get fixed.
for the rest, i’ll never get bored to say it, but thanks again for this wonderfull project, the opportunities, and the work putted behind. cheers ^^
