If we are going to have BR based matchmaking, there is no point in artificiall nerfs and bufs for weapons.
Where this is possible, give weapons and vehicles their realistic performance and then assign them a proper BR for ballance.

Irl stats are often a range of numbers (rpm 600-700) and this can be used to justify upgrade system.
Though it should be a temporaty solution and upgrade system should be completelly overhauled in the long run.
