The change only harm solo spammer giving a more long personal cooldown and let other people to use bombing run, and the bombing can still be spammed by the “entire team” withaut problem
A give you a suggestion Maybe play a bit more 2 or 3 days instead of ranting here

I just said, if they want everyone chance to use it, just 5 min personal timeout would be fine.
But 8 min is average enlisted match lenght, no point in taking radio squad now.
Try making a plane timeout of 4 min after You crash a plane and watch forum burn. It would fix suicide chain bombing, but guess why they didn’t do it?
