why not just bring g43 or zh28 to BR3? making svt38 clip reload doesnt make since it has a detachable mag for a reload and i love svt38 in BR3

if the this is the dev way of choice i want to reload speed around 3.6 and tweak the iron sights a bit to make it bareable to aim
Because it ruins the sense of progression
whats the point of progression if its not fun to use. the most annoying part is that the german players are forced to go to BR4-BR5 just to use the fun gun and playing BR4-BR5 is not fun
Point of it is so weapons are not too OP against downtiers. That’s why people are calling for SFR nerfs, because in comparison to BR 4 rifles they get double the mag capacity AND full auto. Comparedly, every tier is only a step up my one thing: BR 2 - semi auto added BR 3 - Higher magazine capacity (the garand is well-balanced because it has less ammo) BR 4 - Quicker reload.
The SVT 38 breaks this, making it basically a BR 4 rifle in BR 3.

Oh yeah, and BR 3-4 matches are becoming way more common. I have great fun playing BR 4 now, even against BR 5
It would be better to buff the G41, lower reload and make it easier to use the iron sights more quickly with a slight tweak to the overall sight picture. We don’t need the G43 or the Zh-29 in BR III. Both of those would need considerable nerfs to be able to go to BR III and it would leave a ever growing issue by doing so. We would lose all BR IV rifles for every faction except for the USSR and the SVT-40.
Just buff the G41, Don’t move the problem somewhere else because then it’s going to have to be fixed later on.
To add to that solution It would be better to buff the SVT 38 then move it to BR IV with a more balanced rifle taking its place in BR III on top of the G41 buff.

Change the SVT 38 to a stripper clip animation in line with the G41 or move the ZH29 down to BR 3. I’ve found that the ZH29 preforms lower compared to the G43 anyway.

would love to see that happen. historcally its earlier than the svt38 then it should be a BR3 for the axis
I may be mistaken, but wasn’t there a smaller magazine for the zh29 than the one currently in the TT. If so, that could also be a possibility.
ZH-29 should stay at BR4. It has higher damage compared to the G43 and it feels way smoother.
G43 on BR3 would be perfect.
Or just buff the G41. It is a crap weapon.
Btw.: When do we get the G41 with scope in the TT? Decent BR3 sniper for axis is needed!

Stop using SVT38 as some standard. The weapon is clearly overperforming. It should be nerfed.
There’s no reason for G41 getting buff or ZH to be lowered to BR3.
Plus stop putting obvious suggestion into game discussion section.

The late type of hey is actually very good, it has high accuracy, a comfortable sight, low recoil, and a good rate of fire.
I also want to add that there was a late long type of hey that could have been easily introduced to the 4th BR, as it would have had even higher damage and accuracy.
There are two options: [1] Increase the power of the G-41 semi-automatic rifle and the rate of fire of the MP-35/1 submachine gun. [2] Downgrade the G-43 to Tier 3, because Germany lacks semi-automatic rifles in Tier 3 matchmaking, and I don’t want to see my Tier 3 teammates still using the bolt-action 98k to fight against Allied fully automatic submachine guns and semi-automatic rifles.

Have you ever played in Tier 3 battles? They’re full of Allied veterans in plate armor, while the Axis forces are getting beaten the whole time with Tier 2 weapons. Germany hasn’t even upgraded their Tier 3 weapons. Are you suggesting newbies just uninstall the game?
Personally I support buffing G41’s power so it’s a different gun than SVT or Garand. We sure don’t want just a copy of something else. Imagine G41 with 12.7 or 12.3 damage, that could be pretty good and unique.
Also this is more personal but, I think Garand is a worse gun for how horrendous its sight is, it literally takes twice amount of time for me to aim with a Garand and I’d be better off with G41 still.
G41 biggest weakness is not a poor reload speed - instead its low damage that doesn’t defeat 15 HP Soviets.
Now when you combine one extra bullet to kill with a bad reload time… yeah you are better off using bolt action rifles at this point.
It doesn’t have poor reload speed at all.
If you need to reload faster in high-pressure situations, just load one stripper clip instead of two.
G41 is definitely not a poor/bad rifle.
