Allow premium, event, and tech tree guerillas to use expanded selection of clothing and fix their bags because they clip through cosmetics

Yeah, I think expanded customization options would be swell, especially for Germany (I don’t think Japan’s guerrillas have different uniform options, though, so no change for them).

I’m still waiting for the French military uniforms for the French resistance Guerillas. And although thia might sound dumb. Maybe german stahlhelms and sidearms too?

The new customization options that were added for the saboteurs should be added to guerilla squads, locking them to a single dude whose whole purpose is to ditch his own uniform is not ideal.
