Rally points literally determine victory or loss. But there are so many people who just hate building it, especially in the invasion, who spend much time sniping around the point rather than take half a minute to build a rally point. This makes me extremely annoying to play with these players(espically german players in Normandie). I believe give exp to those who build rally can encourage more people to do this.

Donβt give them experience for building the rally point, this will just encourage spamming rally points for the sake of spamming them even in stupid locations.
Give the person who built the rally point campaign exp bonus every time someone spawns on the point he built. That way, itβs both encouraged to build them, and built them in a smart hidden location where the enemy canβt easily blow it.

Devs confirmed they are already working on a system that rewards engineers for what they build. You can find the QnA on this forum, they discuss a lot of interesting stuff that people ask about a lot.

Get points too for cover with smoke grenades like one other game, but I doubt it that it will come in this game
I support, But it also takes a balance because if too many people use it, the battles would be close only.
