Would you like this mechanic to be implanted? more useful than on the bike and is on a squad people actually use.

Pretty simple… give the apc or alternatively just the armored ones the ability to refill your ammo.

It could be put on tanks, as well—giving tankers additional revenue from ammo box use (or med kit boxes, as another option). Infantry sticking close to tanks to get re-supplied would also provide some support to the tankers.
