Getting the Loader perk ( tanker)

Hi all,
I would really want to apologize if this topic was brought up in the past,
I am aiming for the loader perk, for example i got to the stage of 17/18 which i could get the loader’s perk, i was upgraded to 3/19 and to achieve the loader’s perk is now 16/19 … now i have to work again which I dont know how to get weapons handling to get 16/19 for the loader’s perk … can anyone share a light on this pls?

Weapon handling suggests that you are aiming for +20 % reload speed.

You need to have 16 free weapon’s handling points and some luck.

If you have 3 / 19 then you need to remove previous perk.
