Germany needs air power to counterbalance the US Air Force

Germany’s fifth level, though not as powerful as the U.S. Air Force. But the Germans could rely on air-to-air operations to stop the U.S. Air Force’s ground offensive capabilities, which initially created a corresponding asymmetrical balance. But now it’s because the jets are coming. Germany’s 262 was simply unable to fight the American meteors and f80s in combat, which put the German air force in a very awkward position at level 5-not in the air, not in the ground. This resulted in Germany being constantly in a situation of being bombarded by the U.S. Air Force in the sky. It is even more impossible for anti-aircraft cannons to defend themselves, because the jet speed is very fast, and the anti-aircraft cannons have no time to turn. Moreover, once you fire the tracer, the effect caused by the tracer undoubtedly points the direction to the opposite aircraft. The first second you fire, the second second the US military’s HVAR will fly over. For the corresponding strengthening of air superiority, I think Germany can add the Me163 and Fritz X missiles. Although the Fritz X can still cause some damage to the ground, it is very rare in terms of mounting, and if you want to deal with the US Air Force, you cannot waste these valuable missiles on the ground units.

One option would be to add heavy machine gun caliber anti-aircraft guns to try to counter them from below. Another option would be to field more jets, since Germany tested and adopted several models, although this wouldn’t please many, who would demand more options as well (which, as far as I know, aren’t as diverse as Germany’s). The Allies might have the Vampire, but the Soviets wouldn’t have many options besides a repainted Me 262 or something.
