Germany has too many panzer iv's

I just counted, and you have to grind 6 panzer iv’s, which barely have a difference between each other. They need to be foldered, especially the last 3 panzer iv’s

Given that the pz 4 was the most produced tank by germany in ww2 i think this is fair

Actually STUG was produced more.

Correct, but StuG is not a tank, its a self propelled gun.
Anyway, I agree with foldering Panzer IV tanks, there are many other interesting vehicles to add for BR3 Axis like StuH42, Hetzer and P26/40

They are all different

Pz.IV F2
better armor
Pz.IV G
better gun
Pz.IV J
better turret speed
Pz.IV H

I think the long barrel panzer IV model should switch depending on map

Yeah, except the panzer IV J also has an 80mm front, but it lacked some components that allowed the other vartiants to electrically turn their turret with their engines turned off, but the common conception is that they removed the powered traverse altogether, so I think it has a slower turret turn time than the rest

All get one-shotted. Glass cannon tank.
I’d like a Stug III G or StuH 42 for TT.

This is a real problem. To unlock the Panther, you need to unlock at least four different Panzer 4s (or maybe not so different/better ones). Besides that, for BR3 they fall somewhat short against the KV1 in terms of armor. Even more absurd is the Panzer 3 N, which is also BR3 like the long-gunned Panzer 4s. I would suggest the Panzer V/IV for BR3 to more or less match the KV1 and KV2.
