A triple-barreled shotgun from Germany should also be able to use rifle ammunition.

has been requested for Luftwaffe drilling many times.
I guess it would need special code abd devs are lazy to do it.

It can switch firing modes by pressing a button, just like a rifle grenade
just look my post about it,including videos for possible animations…what we get?, nothing!
