Why can’t we use german tanks machine gunners like we can with the japanese?

Not useable in War Thunder and dev doesn’t bother to implement them.

The only tank I’m aware of that is able to use a machine gun like the japanese tanks is the Jagdpanther a german premium removed from the game but was returning with changed cosmetics I believe.
