I have been experimenting with both the premium and event german paratroopers and have noticed that the first paratrooper never lands in the selected spot but the rest do. For some reason the first paratrooper jumps early and lands before he is supposed to.
Has anyone else experienced this?

Is not something they added in the previus patch?
I am not sure if the patch did anything. Its just a weird occurrence where the first paratrooper doesn’t land in the selected spot but the rest do. I am not pulling the parachute too early or anything.
Try other paratroopers squad, i do the same and check if is something for all of them or only a bug
It doesn’t happen with the US paratroopers, just the german ones for some reason.

Neither with both pacific One, weird this bug is so selective that is like a wastedwoodsman ghost revenge aganaist fg
Anyway for me is like the squad is ejected before the crate, and the bot open the chute and follow here after is launched
This is because you can direct and slightly modify the trajectory of the character you play during the descent.

Nah, other paratroopers squad eject first the crate and after the squad, this one instead:
eject first human controlled para
next the crate
and for last your bot
The soldier you use need dive much more than the rest of your squad for reach the crate
I am aware of this, but the first german paratrooper simply drops early. Its a big difference from altering the trajectory while falling.

It happens on all paratroopers. I have noticed it. Always the first guy is way off course.
Hi. Yes, I also got the same bug. I just accepted it… I just switch to another paratrooper when the parachute opens
And yes. Such a strong deviation occurs only with German paratroopers.

that’s right, the first para always falls first, and the rest follow
No, first paratrooper lands in the correct place, it just looks that he leaves the plane too soon and then he is blown by the wind.
Damn. Also been experienced this. Never thought of it like a “German paratrooper problem” til now, when you say it.
