I think that the SD. Kfz 222/223, would be a good alternative to the “puma” (starter tank for Germany) for low BR, or early war campaigns.

Riders should get addition of those scout or armored cars and also turn AA trucks into rider class. Plus let your infantry squads to be spawned on that vehicle but only for your troops.

That is a good idea. And you should be able to get extra points for playing the role of a recon squad, like for spotting enemies.

i was talking around same thing, the thing is it should have their own spawns like tanks ,tankettes, recon car and mobile aa should be introduced.
