Even though they are an engineer squad, they belong to the 5th Parachute Brigade…even wearing a paratrooper outfit…so why are they unable to jump out of a plane? I would buy the Premium squad if they could since they would be unique…why does the Premium squad not do what it is supposed to? See THAT would be a squad worth buying. If you are going to monetize things…shouldn’t they be worth it, be unique and be what people want?

They’re unique by having paratrooper outfits while not being paratrooper class.
So I have no clue what’s your problem. Don’t even try to change something for which people already have paid.

The that’s on YOU for not realizing that they are part of a paratroop division, hence the outfits…the insgnia even shows they are paratroopers…just like they were in the war. If they want to be historically accurate they should switch them to do both.
If they are having the squad and getting people to pay for it, it should do what it is intended to do.
Because many paratrooper divisions at the end of the war were used on the ground as infantry divisions, not in the air.

I get that but they still had the ability to jump out of a plane…which could make it a unique selectable Premium squad. Since the maps are from throughout the war, these would have been paratroopers at some point. Since everyone wants paratrooper squads and Gaijin wants money it’s an easy fix…we are getting a paratrooper event but a dual purpose squad is worth money.
Please forget this phrase in this game. Does the entire created game model, full of paper, never used, prototype weapons and equipment, not raise any questions for you? It’s just that this is no longer a historical game. It’s an arcade fps game in the style of WW2.
Now, for your observation, this is a pioneer unit, which in the game is just a “branch” of the 5th Parachute Division. This is quite correct, since various ground units were formed in the FJ forces, and especially in Normandy in 1944. After Crete, in general, Germany used the FJ forces almost exclusively on the ground. Here only in the game we have paratroopers who jump from a plane. At that time, in reality this was practically impossible.

Many Fallschirmjager were used as elite ground units so it works fine
What we really should be campaigining for is RT Paratroopers, yes the ones that jump out of planes
I am well aware of that but this iis something that can easily be realistic…ijust don’t get when they mess around with this stuff then question why players don’t want to pay top dollar for it.
