This is nothing new, I just had “This” happen a few times today, I was wondering why it’s still a thing after all this time.
The game will not take inputs when your flying sometimes, often after completing maneuver there is some considerable lag between what you want the plane to do and when it gets around to doing it, this makes you especially vulnerable to AA guns, and other fighters.
And… It gets me killed a lot…
War thunder does not seem to have this problem.
I am not referring to that odd I-16 thing, though that is also very annoying and in the same vein.
Was about to say I had the same problem… But yeah it’s only my I16 sometimes having a mind of it’s own, or simply an unhealthy attraction to the ground…
I haven’t had any hiccups with other planes so far, maybe it’s a latency problem? (What’s your usual ping?)
I had thought of that, and in retrospect, I can’t say it’s not, but I never really experience lag issues playing the game, I almost never see that all to subtle indicator in the upper RH corner of the screen, it could be louder imo, brighter, so I don’t think it related to this, but maybe some of it is.
