you just got unlucky with the matchmaking lol. enemy team has veteran players while your team has a bunch of new/ console players plus 2 of your teammates left. Ive had matches where my whole team consists of console players while the enemy team had players with name decoration and none where on console
my suggestion is turning off the teaming up with random players because they’re going to put you vs other teams that are actually playing together

and if you only have 16 kills with 5 squads , uuuuhhhhmmmm … you basically suck. Needs to work out at the practice range before saying the game is dead.
Enlisted has over 240K players signed up … far from dead. I thought I saw a few months back it averages 70K players a month.
You had 16 kills and 768 XP… The top two players on the enemy team caught more kills than your stack combined…

You only had two bots. They replaced two players who deserted.
All the rest are real players. Typical soviets 
I wish I had bots playing with me when I play Soviets, at least they can build rallies and go to the objective.

(Im 3 matchea deep in Soviets today and most rallies I seen today were 3, it’s worth noting that I played with a friend…)

You had 16 kills and on average you died half the amount as the rest of your team 
. Were you pushing the point, or hanging out in the rear with the gear? 
LOL That is how most matches go on certain factions and battles. I actually just had a match against Toilet I think, my team did their level best to suck and lose it in the end. 5 garbage matches in a row all loses.
It is why I feel join any battle they are gaming it so you only get the same points not a high chance of + join any
You can see the match making pattern low rank JOIN ANY versus not sure the other side. But if I choose JOIN ANY its usually a loss and that is because of being put on REALLY bad teams constantly.

Many moons ago when I first started playing Enlisted most of what I had for BR1 were rifle and sniper squads, and I absolutely sucked balls with boltie’s. For the most part I used to hang back with my sniper squad and at times could go the whole match using that one squad. If I had 20-25 kills, I thought I had a decent game. 
I didn’t have a clue what I was doing, and capturing objectives wasn’t on my radar. At that time I could care less if I won or lost, just that I had fun.
I hate consolees. Segregate them! 
I get after them all the time for that. Lease whatch game play before jumping to conclusions. Lot of the problem is poor training.
