Custom games were fun since there was no real PvE in the game until they nerfed to the ground.
Leveling soldiers is very bad after removing academy. Now just add premium AK squad or sniper mg42 with sniper scope or tiger. And since we are talking about gajinsooner or later we will see the same grind as in War Thunder

So much seething about easy XP farm [which i was about to do it but little too late for that] but i would be okay if they revert changes back and make AI kills 1 point worth while player and his controlled bots stay the same XP.

Did they nerf overall exp gain its going so slow even with premium
my hope is they put it temporary to adjust some thing and wont make easy to exploit bots.
Just severely nerf exp gain in custom battles OR/AND put some hard cap on custom battle exp gain (let´s say 5-6k exp hard cap) and then you guys can have all the bots in the world.
Seeing so many people complaining about nerfing an exploit (ok it wasn´t smartest way to do that, but you get the point) and blaming the game going downhill… that is just sad.
Sure, some of these complaints can be genuine, and it is true that the way how it was handled from dev side was just dumb.

the best without premium and without being smart was 7000xp
I just looked through my screenshots of battle results (before custom battles) and in 1 I’ve had over 10k points, in few other over 9k, some more with over 8k, so limiting that to max 5-6k or 7k is not enough. Very rare in normal squad games somebody reaches 10k, but it happens.
bot battles last 10 minutes 7000xp for 10 minutes is enough

I can’t have fun with the 7.92x33mm Gewehr 43 against bots anymore because someone who didn’t know what they’re talking about cried about PvE being too easy.

I allmost decided to buy some premium squads so I could actually have fun with them against bots.
Luckily they changed it before I committed to it.
This game was so fun for that day, it felt like Call of Duty: World at War (my favorite game)
I can’t even play that because a hacker locked my online mode.
I hope to God this was the final straw for casual players.
Now the sweats will have no casuals to annihilate.

I’m out of the loop on what exactly happened in the past day, but not every game has to be specifically tailored to your taste. Enlisted seems to be going for an immersive medium between the more hardcore games, and something like Battlefield. If you want a run and gun game this is not it.
That’s not why he’s angry. He’s angry bc basically, DF(Darkflow, the game’s devs) recently implemented their “Custom Game Mode” where players can create custom matches and tune them to their liking. They could choose between LF and Squads, Hardcore and Standard, Increase the bots to fill up a lobby or another specific amount of the lobby, and choose what campaign their game takes place in. And well after lots of complaining about how much XP could be gained from this mode, DF have taken away the ability to fill your match with bots and for now, can only have 2 bots in your game. Only 2! Which makes any match(especially LF) feel dead and boring.
This new mode was a saving grace for a lot of players, myself included. So a lot of us are pissed that DF butchered the mode like this when there are other better solutions they could’ve taken instead. But also this was more than likely partially done bc of the exploiters. Since there were people finding ways to exploit this and get thousands of kills in a single game. So yeah, it’s a whole mess lol. I totally understand his frustration with it tho. Bc like, this mode was the one thing that brought back the spark in this game for most people. And everyone was having fun with it until this bs happened. Now to wait and see when they bring the option back for us who weren’t exploiting or anything

i don’t get this, just because s1 can pick up ur weapon after you die??, you don’t loose it, its still there when you spawn that squad again, wth
you need a premium to squad to slaughter bots?, wow that’s sad dude.
I was under impression, that this game was controlled by a human with a squad of bots, with 10 real player per side, controlling there bots, (and if not enough real players, it would fill with bot squads), but it seems you all just want to kill bots.
I was talking about the
7.92x33 Gewehr 43 that uses StG-44 magazines
And I meant buying premium squads because I was actually having fun playing against bots so more weapons (the MP-41 squad when it back to Normandy
I’m fine if they give 1xp per bot, if they do that in normal battles too, so You see how good you really are
