I know that the gambling boxs purpose is to burn the hard earned silver of players in the most annoying way possible, still that doesnt mean that there shouldnt be some QoL improvements to it.
quantity based pull chances
There is a very clear limit to how many items of something I can make use of.
Please I don’t want to pull another Katana, I would happily take other swords though, especially Italian and British swords since I have the least of those.
The more (quantity) a player owns of a certain item, the less chance there should be to pull another one of that from the box.
Simplified example: let’s say that the Stinger, Mp41(r) and Pps42 (red) make up the event weapon category and I own 10 Stinger, 2 Mp41(r) and 0 Pps42 (red).
In this case my chance to pull from these 3 guns from the event weapon category are:
Almost zero chance to pull a Stinger
Low chance to pull a Mp41(r)
Very High chance to pull a Pps-42 (red)
Naturally this also applies to event decorations and decals.
I think it’s clear why I don’t want to pull another reindeer decal when I already own 4 of them.
Swords, event pistols and unique hammer/builder tools should have their own category.
Very simple and small change that mostly deflates event weapons category which is necessary with the quantity based pull chances.
Sold unique soldiers should NOT return to the box.
Pretty much self-explainatory.
I am not 100% sure but I think that all GO soldier from the box have their max perk point, that’s the point of selling current GO soldier : you can have them back with full perk points.
This needs to be confirmed though, but I am pretty sure this was the intent behind the new option to sell GO soldiers.
max stat or not, I dont want a tier I soldier.
GO soldiers should get some major improvements because as of now, they just go in my reserves to bloat it as I have more then enough of most category.
Works until a while but I will eventually run out of squads, in fact I already have more Soviet machine gunner GO soldiers than I have Soviet MG squads.
yeah Hungarian is an “exotic” language in the western world where almost all countries speak Indo-European.
comrade is actually translated to Hungarian as elvtárs (elv=idea/idealogy, társ=mate) while bajtárs is used by troops among themselves (baj=trouble, társ=mate) the closest english term is brothers in arms.
Has bro ever heard of Polish, I swear, I been trying to learn Polish, but it seems the more I learn, the less I know
In all honesty, I hope to visit Hungary some day, I heard they got some amazing food that really helps to quench your “Hungar” (get it, because hungry sounds kinda like Hungary ) I’m sorry that was rough
yes.
it should be pretty straight forward why you shouldnt have 9 of a “limited” gun.
But you are focusing on the cons here, look at the pros as well for a second.
This change would massively increase your chance to pull something you dont have or only have 1 or 2 of instead of a 10th Pps-42 red or M1921 Thompson.
