Also want to see Chinese. To flesh out Japanese players.

No, white flag nation should definitely not be introduced this year. In fact, no new faction should be introduced this year.

Not really, please remember that you are creating a nation tech tree, not a campaign faction. Their equipment struggle to even fill br3. Unless you give a lot of captured/lend lease stuff from other nation or else you can’t even make a tech tree with enough meaningful stuff.
Someone may suggest a low br only tech tree, but I don’t think that will be implement considering dev are pushing Japan into br5 by any means.
Same situation but way worse.
