French use panther and tiger?

French faction would maybe work if they just fill the tech tree with prototypes like they did with japan

you are right. that would screw them in that department. part of me says yeah thats unfair…other part says tough titties.

fine…they can have lend lease AT launchers.

add the french in the dunkirk theater would be rather easy but people would compain that
“ahhh we have no semi autos”
“gib assault rife”
“i dont think its fair that the german tanks cant pen the french”
“where is the british”

a dunkirk theater would have to revolve around flooded hedgerow maps, napoleon ear fortified towns and open fields
and the main way of dealing with tanks would have to be AT guns

well they can…Char 1B being the most difficult. but to be fair the french cannon pen is pretty meh too haha.

I personally would love early war french!!! yes please

well they can but given how brain dead much people are they think that they should be able to kill every think with any think

You are mistaken. The MP717 uses German 7.63x25mm Mauser instead of 7.62x25mm Russian. I know it’s very minor, but at the very least it makes the MP717 unique

Entirely different arguments.

I’m not picky, everyone just has different standards and where they draw their lines.

Lend lease has more integrity to stand on its own than say captured weapons because it adds a small blend of Allied content to the Eastern Front. It’s not like you’d have a whole legion of Soviets using M1 Garands or something. It’s just a small handful of specific weapons

Besides the point of captured weapons is in the name. You want it go get it

I feel the Soviets shouldn’t have the Breda at all. I roll my eyes that it was added to them.

I understand why they did it because the Soviets captured large caches as they advanced towards Germany and they wanted them to have a decent AT weapon for Berlin. But……

I think instead they should just make enemy AT soldiers drop their AT weapons when killed and then you can pick them up. If you want a Panzerfaust go find one.

They can certainly add in the various Soviet experimental AT weapons if they need stuff to “compete” in Berlin and other late war battles

Many weapons were used in both wars. I do feel that some weapons are eye rollers like the Farquhar, but I’ve come up with own justifications.

While it would be cool to have minor factions, I think it’s clear they are going to stick with the Big Guys. For example, if they were to add a Hungarian tank it would just be a German (Axis) squad, maybe a Premium or event or something.

Well. Given the MP-717(r) accepts two kinds of ammo, it is true.

If you want Western Front, play Western Front.

Except you can equip entire squads with land-leased Thompsons.

Except they were already captured and mass issued to troops as both the Germans and the Soviets did.

The Germans captured hundred of thousands of Mosins, PPShs, SVTs and PTR rifles and whatever type of rifles they found in Europe.
The Germans (and minor Axis nations such as Finland) and partly the Soviets also mass deployed captured tanks.

Yeah. I guess that will also drop the numbers of Soviet players again.

There are noo proofs for the Fedorov and the Madsen and the Winchester are not Soviet or Russian guns.

actually i saw a video that use the soviet version of the windchester idk how different it is between the american and soviet version or how credible that video is but yea apprently russian do use windchester but of course i will have to do some searching to see if it true
