What should I do so that gaijin gives me my money back, I bought the beta and I can’t use it, the game closes and I don’t like it; I need my money back.

First, you need to stop jumping to conclusions. Second, you need to contact the support and not post on the forums about it. Alternatively, try asking for help.

Just create a ticket with Gaijin support about not being able to run the game (or if you have any idea the issue, produce a bug report here) and someone will help you out. Please try not to jump to conclusions, there is obviously an issue somewhere, so open up another thread with a bug report explaining your issue, how to reproduce it, any error codes and your system specs etc.

Maybe start with getting some bug reports. Maybe you did something wrong on your end. If that’s not the case, you can request a refund by making a support request ticket on the gaijin official website.
Sorry to hear that you’re having trouble. This is a beta after all and the game is still in an unfinished state. There may be stability issues or bugs. We welcome you to try and resolve your crashing issue, visit the Bug Reports section and read the “How to create a bug report” post at the top.
Otherwise, for requests such as refunds, we cannot handle those here and thus you need to go to Gaijin Support. They are the only ones who can handle account and store related issues like this.
