I propose creating a gameplay event about the confrontation between France and Italy.
Italian weaponry - you can use the Italian weapons from the current event as a template, but replace the tanks - Pz-4 for points earned during the battle and the M14/41 for free.
French weaponry - you can use the British weapons from the current event as a template, but replace all rifles with the MAS-36, all submachine guns with the MAS-38, and all machine guns with the Chattlerault-1924/39. Tanks - Char-B1 for points earned during the battle and the M3-Stuart for free. Grenades - I suggest F1.
In case you didn’t know, the Russian F1 grenade is a version of the French F1 grenade modification from World War I with an improved UZRG and UZRGM fuses.
I could also settle for a WWI version made from a reskin of a Soviet F1 without the safety clip. Or some Allied grenades.
The French uniform can use as a base the gendarme from Operation Lead Storm. I saw a reskin of this uniform in sand-colored skins somewhere on the forums from one of the moders, but I couldn’t find it. French helmets also need to be added.
These helmets, like the French uniform, should be added to the customization options for the Moroccan squad and perhaps even the French partisans.
This helmet should also be used in the new event squad, described below.
The event rewards are:
Four MP-40 Steyer (or whatever it called) with increased ROF, an excellent countermeasure against the PPSh-box for BR3. For a unique look, you can give the case cover (or whatever it called) a slightly reddish tint, as MP-40 case covers were available in various shades, including reddish ones. This will also continue the tradition of “red” weapons with improved performance.

Char-B1 tank. One for axis and one for allies.
Also, if the new event builds on the current one, I suggest replacing the anti-tankers with assaulters. The AT-rifles currently available in the current event are completely useless. And in my opinion, there are frankly not enough submachine guns. And since we’re talking about submachine guns, I think Italy needs more effective modifications of the M38 to counter the MAS-38.
