Ps; the last post about this was 9 months old, with only 9 ppl claiming the same issue, they ignored it. So strength in numbers. harassing them by showing them how many ppl notice it as an issue might get them to try and fix it to some degree.

I have often seen F-3476mm cannon HE hit enemy soldiers at point blank range and not kill them, but I understand if this was a bug.
