Since flametroopers can’t carry anything in the backpack slot, they should naturally be able to carry 3 molotovs, is it realistic or historical accurate? No, do i care ? No.

No, assaulters should have 3 grenades by default as they are meant to rush in.
Gunners should have 3 MGs because they are meant to suppress.
Listen. The flametroopers should be able to carry any of the flamethrowers, without limitations to their ammo by it. The different tank in their backpack slot should define the amount of ammunition of the flamethrowers. Currently there is Roks2 (300 ammo) and Roks3 (200) ammo. Why cant we choose their amount of ammo by their tanks?
We can’t chose ammount of fuel but we can chose flamethrower that consumes less (tier I) or more (tier II) fuel.

No, its decided by both, just like with a car, you can have a 16 gallon tank and a 1 mile per gallon and get the same miles on a full tank as a 4 gallon tank and a 4 mile per gallon engine. In our case, we have one tank for two different types of flamethrowers, one of which burns through fuel faster and thus “has less ammo”.
