In a recent match I saw a flamethrower guy attacking a plane. I don’t know whether that was a player or bot, but now I’m curious whether others also have seen bots attacking planes in such desperate attempt. Then it could become a bug report.
Anyone else?
i always attack planes from the ground and shoot them down with infantry when i can it is a chance the game gives you and bots do it for the same reason to defend themselves now tell me why it should be a bug come on

if the enemy pilot is stupid enough to get to ground level yes it is an instantkill

I always do this, the second flamethrower actually has good range, so why not try it if the plane comes down low

The British did fit flamethrower AA to some ships in WW2 - which had the desired effect, along with othe improvidsed weapons, of making LW pilots attack from greater heights and reducing accuracy -
