Is it possible to get they 35% vitality + 100%more health regen out of combat with a T5 trooper? Would it even be worth it.

Im thinking with the 12% vitality from flamer 2 plus 35% vitality perk that would lead to a ton of health regen when out of combat…?? Or is the health regen a fixed amount rather than percentage of health.

Since you cant equip a backpack for meds Im thinking this may be pretty handy. Just wondering if the health regen you get back would let you survive one more hit from anything…???

14.7/2 = 7.35 with double hp regen, you would still get one shot from BA/SA/LMG. Would go up for enough to not get 1 hit by an SMG which is eh since most high levels will be running LMG.

Honestly the 12% vit perk is only really to make you a 3 tap for smg’s, really doesn’t add much getting the 35% vit perk. (IMO flamer 1 is way better to run.)
